Designed the end-to-end experience for a B2B2C fintech platform enabling seamless cross-border payments across African currencies. The product addresses the complexity, cost, and delays of traditional remittance systems by providing secure, fast, and transparent money transfers for both businesses and individual users. My role involved research, defining user journeys for multiple user types, designing mobile and web interfaces, and iterating on high-fidelity prototypes to balance regulatory, business, and user needs.
